Samsung's Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra (SM-X946B) appears to use MediaTek's Dimensity 9500, based on a Geekbench listing. The chip scored 2,424 single-core and 8,446 multi-core with 12GB RAM. It retains the 14.6-inch display, 11,600mAh battery, and 45W charging, launching later this year.
