AWS raises GPU prices 20% as the memory crunch bites

Amazon Web Services raised prices for EC2 Capacity Blocks for ML by roughly 20%, starting in July. This is the second increase in six months, following a 15% rise in January. The hike affects reserved Nvidia GPU blocks used by AI teams. Trainium, Amazon's in-house chip, was spared.
