txcript Library Converts AI Agent Sessions

txcript is a new open-source library for converting and continuing AI coding agent sessions across different platforms. It allows users to start a conversation in one agent, like Claude Code, and continue it in another, like Codex, carrying over messages, reasoning, and tool history. The library is built in Rust and offers a CLI, a JavaScript package, and a Rust API.
