Valarian raises $50M for sovereign AI governance

London-based Valarian raised $50 million in Series A funding led by New Enterprise Associates, bringing total funding to $70 million. The company builds ACRA, a governance layer that controls how AI systems access data and communicate, serving enterprise and defence tracks. The round included Lightbank, XTX Markets, Sequel, LitVC, and angels Nikesh Arora and Gokul Rajaram.
