India Startup Founders Earn 43.4 Cr in FY26

Inc42 data reveals sixteen founders across ten new-age tech companies earned a combined 43.4 crore rupees in fixed remuneration for FY26, an 8.2% increase from the previous year. Lenskart cofounder Peyush Bansal received the highest fixed pay at 5.7 crore, while Swiggy cofounder Sriharsha Majety saw a 12.5% decline to 1.4 crore.
