Cloudflare launches MoQ relay provisioning API

Cloudflare added a provisioning API for Media over QUIC (MoQ) that creates isolated relays with separate publish and subscribe credentials. Relays deploy across Cloudflare's network in seconds, support draft-14 and draft-16, and are free during beta. The API manages tokens with expiration and revocation.
