The Delhi High Court clarified that its May 29 de-indexing directions, which required search engines and Indian Kanoon to remove judicial records from name-based searches, do not apply to Meta. Meta had removed the complained URLs and argued Facebook is not a search engine. Indian Kanoon has filed eight appeals against the ruling.
