Binance posts $400M weekly outflows before MiCA deadline

Binance recorded over $400 million in net outflows during the week beginning June 22, as the exchange withdrew its MiCA license application in Greece. The outflows represent 0.3% of Binance's $133.3 billion in tracked assets. Starting July 1, Binance will restrict services for affected EU users.
