Chrome Update Kills Legacy Ad Blockers

Google is removing the final workaround for Manifest V2 extensions in Chrome. A Chromium commit deletes the "kExtensionManifestV2Disabled" flag, which allowed some legacy ad blockers like the original uBlock Origin to continue functioning. This marks the end of support for Manifest V2-based extensions.
