Browser image inpainting runs locally with big download

Simon Willison ported the Moebuis 0.2B image inpainting model to run locally in a web browser. The tool requires a 1.27 gigabyte download on first run. Claude Code wrote all the code autonomously. Willison learned to convert PyTorch models to ONNX and use WebGPU acceleration.
