Utility GM Rejects FBI Phishing Link

Nick Lawler, general manager of a Littleton, Mass. public utility, refused a phishing link sent by an FBI agent in November 2023. The agent, who contacted Lawler on a Friday during Thanksgiving week, requested his personal email address to deliver the malicious link.
