Anthropic releases Claude Fable 5, first Mythos model for general use

Anthropic released Claude Fable 5, the first Mythos family model deemed safe for general use. The company says it is state-of-the-art on nearly all tested benchmarks. Stripe used it to migrate a 50-million-line Ruby codebase in one day, a task that would have taken two months manually. The model also beat Pokemon FireRed.
