On October 29, 2026, the Delhi High Court passed an interim order protecting actor Kriti Sanon against unauthorized use of her name, image, likeness and voice, including AI-generated sexual deepfakes. Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav restrained defendants BBE Marketing Inc and others from uploading or generating such content while the commercial suit proceeds.
