Uber Wins Dismissal of £250 Million Lawsuit

Uber won dismissal of a £250 million lawsuit by London black cab drivers after a judge ruled the claim missed the filing deadline. Judge Simon Birt found drivers had access to public information by February 2018, six years before the 2024 claim form was issued.
