JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon said the U.S. needs 300,000 skilled trades workers for shipbuilding over the next five to ten years, with jobs paying up to $100,000 a year without a college degree. JPMorgan invested $24 million in training at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, which could double its 16,000-person workforce.
