Five startups launched Clean Tech for Clean Air (CT4CA) in Brussels to embed small air quality sensors in the revised EU Air Quality Directive. The coalition includes Poland's Airly, France's Ecomesure and Ellona, Spain's Kunak Technologies, and US-based Clarity Movement Co. It argues small sensors can complement fixed stations to identify pollution hotspots and improve local data.
