Sentry OTLP integration links OTel traces to errors

Sentry's new OtlpIntegration for Python, Ruby, Node.js, Go, PHP,.NET, and Java connects OTel spans to Sentry errors by stamping trace_id and span_id onto events. It replaces the deeper POTel approach, which remains only in Java. Setup requires two environment variables and an init call.
