India's IN-SPACe floated an Expression of Interest for private firms to operate and maintain the Small Satellite Launch Complex at Kulasekarapattinam in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. The 2,233-acre facility, ISRO's second spaceport, cost ₹986 crore.
