The Army's Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) received an email stating the Army CIO's pool of AI tokens was exhausted by mid-June 2026, forcing re-established limits. This came after the Department of Defense (DOD) reported nearly half of its 3.5 million employees used AI at work.
