Datadog Launches Scout AI for SRE

Datadog released Scout, a specialist AI model trained on GLM-5.3 Flash to investigate production problems inside its Bits Investigation product. The tool runs in a closed preview for engineers and customers, offering diagnosis and recovery proposals. Scout costs between three and eight times less than general-purpose models on the AlertEval benchmark, matching GPT-6.1 Sol high performance.
