Android 17 breaks Pixel touch scrolling for some users

Android 17 introduced a bug on Google Pixel devices that breaks scrolling touch input recognition. Swipes may register in the wrong direction or stop working in repeatable patterns. The issue affects multiple Pixel generations starting from the Pixel 7. Disabling triple tap to zoom in accessibility settings has resolved the problem for some users.
