YouTube Premium prices are rising again, with Singapore's individual plan increasing from S$13.98 to S$15.98 monthly and family plans from S$27.98 to S$31.98. European subscribers report higher rates via email, though YouTube hasn't published a full list of affected markets. YouTube Music Premium also recently increased.
