New York City's transportation committee meets Wednesday to consider over 20 micromobility bills, including three targeting Class 3 e-bikes, which are legal statewide. Councilmembers Crystal Hudson and Shaun Abreu propose banning sales, rentals and public riding, plus a trade-in program. Around 80,000 delivery workers could be affected.
