Meta disables camera if smart glasses LED tampered

Meta announced it will disable the camera on its smart glasses if the white LED indicator light is physically tampered with or destroyed. The change first applies to second-generation Meta smart glasses. Meta will also remove ads and listings for tampering services, ban accounts, and pursue legal action against businesses offering such modifications.
