Inertia cuts fusion fuel pellet time to hours

Fusion startup Inertia Enterprises cut fuel pellet production from days to two to three hours, growing crystals in about 30 minutes. The $450 million-backed company aims to use a laser four times more powerful than NIF's, reducing tritium inventory needs for its commercial plant.
