Amazon Blocks Meta AI Shopping Agent
8 min read
Amazon sued Perplexity and blocked Meta's Muse agent from shopping on its site. The retail giant stated third-party apps must respect service provider decisions. The RealReal permits browsing but blocks automated purchases to prevent cart reservation abuse.
