Topcoat is a modular, batteries-included Rust framework for building full-stack reactive web apps. It is entirely server-rendered, adding reactivity by rendering HTML snippets with metadata. The framework cross-compiles Rust expressions to JavaScript using a macro, avoiding WebAssembly. It includes an asset pipeline and a component library inspired by shadcn/ui.
