NVIDIA released Nemotron 3 Diarization, an open-weight 100M-parameter model that identifies who spoke when in overlapping conversations. It ranks first on VoiceArena's Diarization-Bench with a 14.72% diarization error rate, beating the next system's 19.3%. The model supports up to eight speakers, streaming and offline use, and is available on Hugging Face.
