Sony should have made PSP2, not PS Vita

Former PlayStation leader Shawn Layden said Sony over-engineered the PS Vita with unnecessary features like OLED, back-touch, and proprietary memory cards, driving up costs and hurting sales. He argued a simpler PSP2 with a second analog stick would have succeeded. PS Vita sold an estimated 10-15 million units versus PSP's 76.4 million.
