Hackers hijacked BGP routing for Softaculous's update infrastructure between August 28 and 30, redirecting Virtualizor update requests to malicious servers. A malicious update reached a handful of installations. Softaculous released Virtualizor 3.2.9.9 with a Security Analyzer and plans cryptographic signing for all packages.
