Check Point Software patched an actively exploited zero-day authentication bypass vulnerability, CVE-2026-16232, in its SmartConsole GUI admin panel. Unauthenticated attackers can obtain an admin login token and modify security policies on exposed Management Servers. CISA added the flaw to its known exploited vulnerabilities catalog, ordering federal agencies to patch by July 25.
