Anthropic Founders Seek 50.1% Voting Control

Anthropic shareholders are voting on a special share class giving CEO Dario Amodei and six co-founders 50.1% voting power, while at least three retain a minimum stake. The founders each own about 2% and pledged to donate 80% of their wealth. The Long-Term Benefit Trust still picks most directors. The company was valued at $1.5 trillion on the secondary market.
