Migrating SQL Server Logins to Cloud SQL

Google Cloud's Database Migration Service (DMS) handles database replication but does not migrate SQL Server logins and users. After a successful database sync to Cloud SQL for SQL Server, applications fail with Msg 18456 because the required logins are missing on the target instance.
