Datadog's 2026 State of DevSecOps report found 40% of running services have an exploitable vulnerability. AI collapses the window between disclosure and exploitation from months to minutes. Datadog researchers found 97% of critical vulnerabilities can be deprioritized with runtime context showing which are reachable in production.
