Intel rallies to record after Trump touts Apple chip deal

Intel shares surged 13 percent to a record $133.99 after President Donald Trump said Apple agreed to work with Intel to design and build chips in America. Apple has held exploratory discussions about using Intel and Samsung for U.S. processor production. Intel declined to comment.
