Nasdaq Hits Record as Oil Nears $100

The Nasdaq closed at a record 27,243.24 on Tuesday, up 0.45%, as Micron gained 3.9% and AI chip stocks rallied. The Dow fell 184.94 points to 51,863.89 and the S&P 500 slipped 0.01% to 7,764.27, pressured by oil near $100 a barrel. Amazon blocked Meta's new Muse AI assistant from shopping on its platform Monday, dragging Expedia down 4% and Charles Schwab 5.5%.
