Google tests AI Mode button in Chrome toolbar

Google is testing an optional AI Mode button for the Chrome toolbar on desktop and Android. Clicking the button opens a side panel for deeper page exploration, questions, and file uploads. The feature was discovered in Chrome Canary and may be named "Browse with AI" or "Google Search AI Mode.
