Google Cloud has introduced an Autonomous Network Operations framework for telecommunications companies. The system uses a real-time network digital twin hosted on Spanner Graph, combined with Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) powered by the open-source Distributed Graph Flow (DGF) library. This integration aims to enable proactive network management, moving telcos toward Level 5 Autonomy by automating diagnostics like root cause analysis and predictive maintenance.
