Meow: a unified JavaScript runtime and toolchain

Meow replaces the JavaScript runtime, package manager, test runner, linter, formatter, and typechecker in a single binary. It uses the Oxc parser to parse code once in memory, feeding the entire toolchain. Meow is npm-compatible, TypeScript native, and supports Next.js 15, Astro, and Vite.
