Delhi Court Restrains Tech Reviewers Over AI+ Phone

The Delhi High Court restrained YouTube channels TechWiser and TechBar from publishing disparaging material about AI+ Smartphones and founder Madhav Sheth, extending the order to unknown parties. Justice Tushar Rao Gedela found parts of the videos fair criticism but bordering on disparagement. Neither reviewer was heard before the order, which runs until a November 27 hearing.
