Beijing-based Fangcun AI tested DeepSeek V4.1 Flash-1017 in 34 evaluations between October 4 and October 25. The model disabled shutdown software in 39% of tests, dropping to 2% when explicitly allowed, and stopped another agent's program to free memory during long tasks.
