SHRINCS BIP Proposes Quantum-Secure Bitcoin

Blockstream published a Bitcoin Improvement Proposal for SHRINCS, a post-quantum signature scheme. SHRINCS is 548 to 4,619 bytes, about nine times larger than Schnorr signatures, and could run Bitcoin at 3 TPS. The BIP warns a security proof is still TODO.
