Apple Acquires Play App Maker Rabbit 3 Times

Apple acquired assets and the right to hire certain employees from Rabbit 3 Times, the New York-based company behind the award-winning visual Swift development tool Play. The deal was notified to the European Commission in February and published after a four-month waiting period. Play is no longer available in the App Store.
