iOS 27 beta includes Advanced Dictation Preview, an on-device dictation system that handles punctuation and capitalization automatically. It requires 12GB of RAM, limiting it to iPhone 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max, and iPhone Air. Apple left it off by default for opt-in beta feedback.
