Nintendo denies tariff refunds to customers

Nintendo urged a court to dismiss a class-action lawsuit demanding it pass tariff refunds to customers, arguing buyers have no legal right to rebates after the US Supreme Court struck down the tariffs as illegal. The company raised prices on Switch consoles and accessories last year in response to the tariffs, but says it did not pass the full tariff cost onto consumers.
