Tesla Sets Cybercab Launch Event for Sept. 3

Tesla scheduled an invite-only "Cybercab Launch Event" for Sept. 3 in Austin, with rides to become available through its Robotaxi app. The two-seat, driverless Cybercab weighs 3,113 pounds, has a 219-horsepower motor, and a 48 kWh battery pack for an unadjusted 418-mile range.
