Android 17 stable update is rolling out to Pixel phones

Google began rolling out the stable Android 17 update to Pixel 6 and later devices, with other manufacturers receiving it throughout 2026. The update includes App Bubbles, a 50/50 game layout for foldables, Screen Reactions, and new location access controls. The Android 17 source code was released to AOSP.
