Eclipse Sportback, Mitsubishi's first modern EV, heralds five-year product blitz

Mitsubishi will launch the Eclipse Sportback EV in North America as a 2027 model, its first new nameplate in seven years. Sales begin by early fall. The electric subcompact crossover starts a five-year product blitz delivering a new or significantly updated vehicle every year from fiscal 2026 through 2030.
