The founder of Outerframe Studio and creator of ScreenWeaver built a shot recipe system to solve AI filmmaking's version control problem. Model updates like Kling 3.0 silently change outputs even with the same seed and prompt. Each approved clip gets a recipe with seed, prompt version, settings, and output reference as an immutable artifact.
