Google May Restore Contacts Tab in Phone App

Google is working on reverting a Phone app UI change from last year that moved the Contacts tab to the sidebar. The company could soon bring Contacts back into the navigation bar alongside Home, Keypad, and Voicemail. The change follows user complaints about the Material 3 Expressive makeover.
